Together we are the successful combination that makes training in care and education successful.

We work predominantly with providers that support children and young people in care, additionally we deliver services to care providers supporting the elderly or those with specialist needs. Furthermore, we have had the privilege of supporting schools to enrich and employ pastoral and behaviour support systems.

We care about what we do and just like you understand how the learning and development of staff is organic, one that needs constant review.

We're not just here to plug the skills gap, but to motivate and encourage learners to explore beyond their training. HTA are great advocates of PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy), this approach to learning provides a holistic foundation for successful outcomes in all aspects of care. We want all young people to prosper and have access to the same opportunities, regardless of their background.
With this in mind, we know the majority of learning occurs outside the classroom, what better way to support this by installing the foundations and confidence to begin that journey.

Essentially we want young people to thrive, whether it be young people in care, family members, those in our work life, or those we encounter day to day.

Our focus is to drive positive parenting, where we focus on strengths and cushion the weaknesses, enabling young people to build strong relationships in every aspect of their life.

Young people are unique, with their own stories to share, each with personal hopes and aspirations..
We want training to be holistic in its approach, one where we remind delegates of the key principles. We as responsible adults should demonstrate love, happiness, health, consistency and security. By practicing these principles we can nurture the talents, strengths and capabilities a young person should develop over time.

Developing these qualities in a safe environment through recognition, reward and reinforcement creates a better sense of well-being where young people feel safe to express views, wishes and feelings.
